$100 initial fee, covering up to two hours. $50 per hour thereafter (billed to the
nearest quarter hour).
Differential rates may apply for non-standard assignments,
including, but not limited to: platform, performance, legal, or otherwise more demanding
assignments, and will be negotiated at the time a request is made.

Travel:
Assignments requiring more than 50 minutes of travel time in
one direction will be billed at the hourly rate for the driving time
roundtrip. Travel beyond the
Wasatch Front will be negotiated at the time of the request and may include a
day rate and/or reimbursement for airfare, hotel, and rental car.

Assignments over 1.5 hours long generally require a second
interpreter. I can provide
referrals or make arrangements for additional interpreters as needed, including
Certified Deaf Interpreters (CDI).
Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than two business days in advance of
the beginning of the assignment are considered untimely and will be billed.
Multi-day assignments will only be billed within the two-day billable
cancellation period.
Payment:
Net 30 days from the invoice date. Late payments will be
assessed an additional 3% after 14 days past due, and 5% after 30 days past
due.
